Our Team

Natalie Murray, MS, CCC-SLP |

Founder & Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist

With nearly 16 years of experience, I support autistic individuals and children with complex communication needs through AAC, functional communication, and early intervention. I believe connection grows communication and that a child who feels safe and truly seen will thrive.

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based, weaving in sensory-supportive activities and real-life routines to make therapy feel natural, not clinical. Caregiver coaching is central to everything I do because meaningful communication happens in everyday moments, not just during sessions.

I founded Thrive Talk Tools to bring high-quality, culturally responsive speech therapy to families who deserve it. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and bring a deep personal connection to the communities I serve.

Alexandra Read, MS, CF-SLP |

Clinical Fellow, Speech-Language Pathologist

I’m a pediatric speech-language pathologist with experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorder, emotional disabilities, and language delays across clinical and educational settings.

Before becoming an SLP, I provided behavioral therapy to children in home, school, and clinic-based environments; an experience that deepened my understanding of child development and neurodiversity-affirming care.

I believe in therapy that is child-led and naturalistic, where meaningful communication, connection, and engagement take center stage. I use a multimodal communication approach tailored to each child’s individual strengths and needs to support functional communication across all settings.

Josué Reda, AS, SLPA |

Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

I know firsthand what it feels like to be a child in speech therapy. I received services myself when I was young and what I remember most is the warmth, the fun, and how safe I felt. That experience is what drives me every single day.

I hope to be that same source of light for every child and family I work with. I specialize in working with autistic individuals, young and school-age children, with a strong foundation in early language development, AAC, and play-based therapy. I believe a welcoming, joyful environment is not just nice to have, it is where real growth happens.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish and am passionate about serving my community with warmth, consistency, and care.
